We guarantee our services, however if you are unhappy we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you are not happy with your service once completed, please contact us within 5 days and we will be happy to schedule an appointment for an adjustment, we will work to get it just right for you. If you visit another salon to have your hair cut or color adjusted after receiving a service from us, our service guarantee is null and void. 

  • Hair services are not refundable once they have been completed

  • Hair extensions, toppers, and wigs are not returnable

  • Product purchases are not returnable or refundable unless the product packaging is defective

Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 12 hours in advance. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:

    •    12 hours or more in advance—no fee

    •    Less than 12 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked

    •    No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked
